The Leadership Challenge® Workshop includes the leading industry 360-degree assessment tool, The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI). The LPI is a highly refined behavioral based 360 degree survey instrument which collects data on the frequency with which one exhibits 30 leadership behaviors. Participants receive valid and reliable feedback on how others perceive them as leaders. Prior to the workshop, each participant and up to 10 colleagues, completes the LPI and the resulting report is shared with the participant in the workshop. The reliability and validity of this instrument is continually confirmed by the doctoral theses based on it- over 100 have been written to date.

Ethical Leadership

This course provides a comprehensive guide to achieving ethical leadership. It enables businesses to attract and retain the best employees, increase sales and customer loyalty, strengthen relationships with suppliers, perform better financially for shareholders and enhance corporate citizenship and goodwill within the community. Ethical business is good business and ethics are good for business.

This course also assists business to meet stakeholder expectations that businesses walk the talk by investing in ethics training. For example, the Securities Commission's Principles and Guidelines for Corporate Governance states that directors should observe and foster high ethical standards, including provision of employee training and a system to implement and review the entity's code of ethics. Meanwhile investors such as the New Zealand Superannuation Fund have ethical investment as part of their investment criteria.
